What is this?
The Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) provides
specifications for attaining various levels of maturity. The
purpose of this service is to facilitate the customers in
understanding the gaps involved in between the current process
and the CMMI specification. The following sections provide
an overview of the activities involved.
Why this?
Any development team requires a process that is robust and
helps the team achieve predictability. The CMMI model as advocate
by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) provides a framework
of process element for software development. It is advantageous
for customers to utilize the framework and evolve a robust
process for which they need to know the current gaps so that
they can evolve a path towards filling them.

Both stakeholders and the development team are benefited.
Stakeholders get an assurance as to what needs to be done
to be compliant with CMMI. The development team gets to know
the difference in their current way of working and the standard
spcification. This would help the team evolve an approach
to move towards higher maturity levels.
What are the different models we offer?

- Training: One day training program on the foundations
of CMMI
- Consulting: This service facilitates the organization
in identifying the gaps between the current process and
the CMMI specification Our consultants work along with the
process managers in establishing the gap and chart out a
process to fill the same.
What is the normal working model?
- Trainings are imparted onsite with our trainers directly
interacting with the project team
- Consulting is either done wholly onsite or using an onsite-offshore
model. Part of the documentation activities could be done
offshore. This offers cost effective model for the customers.
